What Dito does

Dito compares the contract you approved with the version you are about to sign and shows detected differences in context. Start a check at app.ditoit.com. Dito is built by Jeremy W. Greenfield and David Kleriga. For questions, contact j@ditoit.com.

Sample reports and website examples are illustrative. They are not findings from your documents or a free comparison of your contract.

Payment and subscriptions

A single comparison costs $5 USD and does not require a subscription or an account. The app loads and validates your selected PDFs before offering payment. Payment is confirmed before the comparison runs. An existing member can use an available Dito check instead of purchasing that check again.

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to the option you select at checkout. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and provide a monthly allowance of checks, rather than all checks at once. Unused monthly checks do not roll over. See Pricing for the current prices and allowances.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Review the price and billing frequency before confirming checkout. A report showing no detected differences is a paid result, just as a report showing changes is.

Your documents and report

Use documents you are authorized to submit. Choose the correct approved version and signing version, and retain your originals. File limits and validation messages are shown in the app.

Dito does not maintain a permanent archive of your source documents or reports on its servers. Where browser storage is available, your browser can temporarily keep a purchased report or an in-progress purchase for the current browser session, up to 24 hours. Download the report you want to retain. See the Privacy Policy for processing and temporary browser storage.

What a comparison does and does not mean

Dito identifies detected differences within the content checked. A comparison can miss changes or leave content unverified. Review coverage notices and incomplete results. An incomplete comparison is not confirmation that the documents match.

Dito does not approve your contract, assess its fairness, provide legal advice or determine whether you should sign. No detected differences does not mean a contract is safe, fair or enforceable. Review the actual documents and seek qualified advice when needed.

Cancellation and nonrefundable purchases

A $5 single check is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Subscription holders can manage billing and cancel future renewal through their account. See Refunds & cancellations for support, cancellation and refund information.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all purchases are nonrefundable, including single checks, subscription payments, unused checks and remaining subscription time. A completed comparison with no detected differences is not grounds for a refund. Neither is not saving your report. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of your current paid period; it does not refund or prorate an existing payment.

Incomplete reports are nonrefundable. At our discretion, we may offer one complimentary Dito check as an account credit or a unique code. This is not a cash refund or an automatic entitlement.

If a check cannot finish or a charge appears incorrect, contact us with your receipt reference and a description of the problem. Do not send confidential contracts or full payment-card details by email.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not submit malicious files, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Using Dito does not transfer ownership of its branding, website content or third-party material. Uses permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

Court-case summaries are informational references to specific disputes, not predictions of another case or endorsements of Dito. Dito was not involved in those cases. External websites are separately operated.

Availability and changes

The service may change or become temporarily unavailable. Updates to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
