No refunds

Dito is a paid service. A single check costs $5 USD, or you can use an available check from your subscription. Payment or member access is confirmed before your comparison runs. Viewing a sample report does not purchase a check.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all purchases are nonrefundable. This includes single checks, subscription payments, unused checks and unused subscription time.

A completed comparison has value whether it finds changes or confirms no detected differences. No differences found, not downloading your report or choosing not to use your remaining checks does not qualify for a refund.

File checks before checkout

The app loads and validates your selected PDFs before offering payment. If the files do not pass those checks, resolve the issue or choose different files before continuing. The comparison report is generated after payment or member access is confirmed.

Incomplete reports and support

An incomplete report does not qualify for a refund. Review any notice about content that could not be verified; an incomplete comparison does not confirm that the documents match.

At our discretion, we may offer one complimentary Dito check as a credit to your account or through a unique code. A complimentary check is not a cash refund or an automatic entitlement.

If a check cannot finish or you need help with an incomplete report, contact j@ditoit.com with your receipt reference and a short description of the problem.

Use the retry or payment-confirmation controls in your existing comparison before starting another purchase. Do not pay again simply because checkout confirmation or processing is delayed.

Subscription cancellation

A single $5 check does not start a subscription. If you choose a subscription, it renews on the monthly or annual billing schedule shown at checkout.

To stop future renewal, open your account at app.ditoit.com and manage billing through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not refund or prorate an existing payment.

Remaining subscription time and unused checks are nonrefundable. Unused monthly checks do not roll over.

Billing questions

If a charge appears incorrect, contact j@ditoit.com with the email used at checkout, receipt reference, payment date, amount and a description of the issue.

Do not email confidential contracts, a full payment-card number, passwords or bank credentials.
